Page Wasaki was Treasurer of the Coroloss Charity Organization when he ran for the Department of Taxation's Chosen Representative. After becoming a senator, the senate suggested they have a representative that organize Parliament meetings and be the central contact between democratic notions and the king. Only a few chose to run for the position, as it was only more work, and it was a close vote with no promotion. Page won with three votes.
After taking the job of organizing the meetings and meeting with the king, King Reginald became a close friend with Page. Because King Reginald trusted Page so much, he suggested a law to the Parliament that because his heir was so young (fifteen at the time) that the Senator-in-Chief take role as king until the heir turned twenty-five years old. The suggestion passed with much popularity and since then, Page has been very protective of King Reginald, going to great lengths to protect the king during public appearances.
