St. Adriane Vance joined St. Ajora on his holy journey to teach Glabados. She was a mother of two children. When her small country town did not have enough money to meet the taxation the Ancient Capital imposed on it, the army took the town as a base. After working in her fields, she came home to see her children had been raped and murdered by the soldiers. She prayed to God for the power to revenge her children and save her town. He granted her Yin Yang magic, making her the first oracle. She used her new magic and turned the entire army into stone.

When she was cleaning up the town, St. Ajora came to preach and she told him of the miracle. St. Ajora blessed her and asked her to join him as one of his acolytes. She complied and followed St. Ajora until his crucifixion.

After he rose from the dead he told her before he ascended into heaven to protect the church from the Capital. She joined the Shrine Knights and became a Temple Knight, protecting the Glabados establishment until her death.
